About the event
Cacao ceremonies have a very special meaning, they were adopted by the aztecs and mayans as spiritual rituals. The scientific genus name for cacao is theobroma, which translates to "food of the gods". The Mayans believed that cacao was a key ingredient in restoring balance and connection to the divine. Now we do these cacao ceremonies as a sacred ritual, typically with the intention to open the heart chakra and creating feelings of love, empathy and appreciation . Ceremonial cacao has great benefits as it contains theobrime, a compound that has been shown to improve cognitive function and focus. It is also high in antioxidants and delicious.
The room for the event is A3 located inside of the building. The only thing that you need to bring is a yoga mat. We welcome you to come with an open heart & open mind to this experience.
