E-check, while are allowed, must be given time to clear your bank before any

of birth is required before a reading can be sent. You will receive a
written copy of your reading in the regular mail, as well as e-mail.

Online Customer Service Hours varies due to the volume of orders we receive.

Sunday - limited hours
We are online throughout the day to answer your questions, so please feel

Credit Card Policy
You must use your Billing address as your shipping address in most cases.
Credit card fraud is a federal offense and we do prosecute to the full
extent of the law which includes imprisonment and fines. In the event of a
charge back, we do require that all items are returned to us to prevent
Criminal Charges for the misuse of a credit card to be filed. Fair warning,
we do not tolerate either situation and are VERY successful at recovering
items and funds.
Refund Policy
If a product purchased is defective or not to Buyer’s satisfaction, Buyer
can return the product in its original condition within 3 days of receipt,
to the following address: Stella Henderson, PO Box 461, Chandler, TX.,
75758-0461. Please contact us prior to returning anything to ensure proper credit
is given. You may be subject to a restocking fee but may receive credit at
our site (less shipping and handling charges incurred).
Any service, however, is
non-refundable. All sales are final on readings, divination, and spells, and
healings.
Please be sure you want what you are ordering. Monetary refunds are not
given on any service, but are on products. Services cannot
be refunded or returned.

Right to Refuse

expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to a Buyer's
violation of this Contract or use of the Site.
